As the Executive Assistant for She Is Me Ministry, China Sykes plays a vital role in supporting the vision, leadership, and daily operations of our global women’s community. Her work ensures that the ministry flows with excellence, organization, and grace—allowing our programs, outreach efforts, and leadership initiatives to thrive.

China serves as a trusted partner to the Founder & CEO, helping steward the ministry’s mission of healing, empowerment, and spiritual transformation with professionalism and a servant‑leader’s heart.

China provides high‑level administrative support to the Founder & CEO, ensuring that schedules, communication, and ministry priorities remain aligned and well‑organized. She manages calendars, coordinates meetings, prepares documents, and helps streamline daily operations with precision and care. 

She serves as a key point of contact for internal and external communication, helping maintain clarity, consistency, and warmth in every interaction. China ensures that ministry partners, volunteers, and community members receive timely responses and feel valued and supported. China assists with planning, organizing, and executing ministry initiatives—including events, prayer calls, workshops, and community outreach efforts. Her attention to detail helps ensure that every project reflects the excellence and heart of She Is Me Ministry.   

China’s role ensures that She Is Me Ministry continues to operate with integrity, excellence, and spiritual focus. Through her work, China helps ensure that every woman who encounters She Is Me Ministry experiences a community that is prepared, present, and purpose‑driven.

 As the Director of Marketing for She Is Me, Precious Burnley, has a high-level executive responsibility for the planning, development, and effective execution of our branding strategies and marketing plans. This role serves as a strategic architect, overseeing all promotion and advertising efforts to drive revenue growth, build brand awareness, and enhance market positioning. Reporting directly to the Founder, the Director leads a multidisciplinary team to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with broader business objectives.  

Precious creates and implements comprehensive, annual marketing strategies and plans that support business growth ambitions.

She oversees brand strategy and corporate identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all digital and traditional platforms.

 She also spearheads the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, ranging from SEO/SEM and email marketing to social media and display advertising.

Precious leads digital initiatives, including website management, CRM integration, and the implementation of marketing automation systems; as well as managing the creation of engaging marketing content, ensuring it resonates with target demographics and drives meaningful engagement. 

As a part of the She Is Me Ministry executive team, Precious radiates warmth and authenticity, naturally connecting with every young woman she meets. Driven by a passion for spiritual growth, she embodies our ministry’s mission by helping women heal, gain confidence, and own their God-given identity.  Every space she enters feels brighter thanks to her genuine heart for young women. She doesn't just represent our mission; she lives it—guiding them through to spiritual growth and healing so they can walk boldly in who they were created to be. 

As the College Campus Liaison for She Is Me Ministry, Tasia Graham serves as a bridge between our global sisterhood and the next generation of young women. Her role is rooted in connection, compassion, and community-building. Tasia helps cultivate safe, spiritually nourishing spaces on college campuses where women can heal, grow, and discover the power of sisterhood.

Through her leadership, students are introduced to a ministry that champions emotional restoration, spiritual maturity, and generational transformation. Tasia represents She Is Me Ministry across college and university campuses, building meaningful relationships with student organizations, campus ministries, and university partners. She ensures that students know they have a supportive, faith-centered community available to them—right where they are.   

She creates welcoming environments where students can gather, share openly, and experience authentic connection. Whether through small groups, interest meetings, or one-on-one encouragement, Tasia helps young women feel seen, valued, and spiritually supported.   

As an ambassador of She Is Me Ministry, Tasia embodies our core values—healing, hope, integrity, and sisterhood. She provides insight into the needs of college women and helps shape how the ministry continues to serve this important demographic.
