A Journey of Transformation
Every Monday from 7:00 PM- 9:00 PM EST on Zoom, this 10- week course along with an interactive study guide will lead you to develop intimacy with God, increase your faith, and change your mindset. With each lesson, through key fundamental biblical principles, practical tools, strategies, and prayer you will become healed, restored.
In Phase 1, you will discover the impact of generational trauma, family dysfunction, the power of words, and self-sabotaging behavior.
Phase 2 teaches life skills necessary for success such as time management, wealth management, and career development. Each session will empower you to accept and move beyond your past, create your desired future, by preparing today.

Encounter a Deeper Experience of God's Goodness and Love
We meet on-line via Zoom for 1 hour each Tuesday at 7:30 pm EST. This 52- week study on the names and titles of God will help you experience Him in fresh and deeper ways, revealing many surprising connections between the old and New Testaments. As we explore His names, we will come face- to- face with the God of Scripture- a God who is both the greatest of all Kings and the most loving of all Fathers. A God enthroned on high who bends low so that we can come t know him.

Let's Talk and Trade
Each 4th Saturday of the month, from 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM EST, we will meet locally in Louisville, KY and dive into the scriptures together, having real conversations with authentic transparency. As we discuss biblical context, we will share strategies to navigate today's culture and life's issues.
After the discussion, each participant will be able to trade and choose gently used items donated and shared within the group.

SHE IS ME has an outreach team comprised of a group of committed women who desire to make a positive impact in the world. Each quarter for 10 weeks, as we build relationships of trust during the weekly two-hour session, we purpose to share the love of Jesus Christ by offering hope. We facilitate a thought-provoking discussion using the structured "Journey of Transformation" Curriculum to address issues, develop strategies for success by using resources and experts in the community, monitor progress, and offer incentives for completion of goals. She Is Me also provides wealth management workshops, working in tandem with other organizations in the community, with the understanding that WEALTH is not just money, but a combination of health, family, and finances. Our goal is to empower women and men to build healthy relationships and provide a life of wholeness and financial freedom for themselves and their families.
As a licensed minister and life coach, I have been teaching adults in the Louisville area for over 20 years, working with people from all walks of life and helping them navigate through life's challenges. As an award-winning humanitarian, I am the recipient of the Influencer of the Year Award- Ministries of Christ 2023 and Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for community service- 2024 Trauma Fitness. I have a background in social work, counseling and Christian ministry, which allows me to provide a holistic approach.
