Pastor Tracey Marie Bradley is a woman after God’s own heart—called, chosen, and set apart from an early age. Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, she carried a light that others could see long before she understood its purpose. With a deep love for God and people, she has devoted her life to serving, uplifting, and transforming the lives of others.
After retiring from UPS with 30 years of dedicated service, Pastor Tracey stepped fully into her lifelong passion: ministry. She currently serves as the Christian Pastor of One Love Ministries of Christ Church on the campus of Kentucky State University, in Frankfort, KY, where she pours into students with biblical truth, compassion, and spiritual guidance.
She is the Founder and CEO of She Is Me Ministry, a global women’s community committed to healing, empowerment, and spiritual growth. Through this ministry, she leads a daily prayer service, teaches weekly Bible study, and facilitates the quarterly virtual course Journey of Transformation, a program designed to restore families and reshape future generations through biblical principles and essential life skills.
Pastor Tracey is also a committed social advocate. She has led and participated in numerous non‑violent demonstrations and peace rallies, including the historic 2020 March in Washington, D.C.
Her greatest joy is her family—her daughter Melanie, her son Michael, and her grandchildren Liliana and Miracle. She thanks God daily for the blessing of her loved ones and the community that surrounds her.
A survivor of profound emotional and physical trauma—including childhood abuse, molestation, rape, teen abortion, the murder of her brother, parental incarceration, poverty, and homelessness—Pastor Tracey stands as a living testimony of God’s power to heal, restore, and redeem. Through She Is Me Ministry, she now provides a holistic framework for healing and transformation, equipping women with the tools, strategies, and spiritual insight that have shaped her own journey toward peace, purpose, and prosperity. She firmly believes that no one is a prisoner of their past and that every woman can rise into the fullness of who God created her to be.
